Okay....So....
Disregard the prior post. I talked to my sis and we decided to keep card club this week, on Thursday, the 15th. We really feel like Celeste needs to be with us, or maybe it's vice verse :), before she goes in for surgery. So we will meet at JCW's, in Lehi, for shakes. If we don't want to stay there to eat and stuff we can always go to Thanksgiving point and sit on the grass or something. So we will see you all on Thursday, at JCW's at 8:00 pm!

I won't be there this month. We will be at Bear Lake for a family reunion, and with our flooded house, cards just haven't been a priority:)

Jenn....is it getting any better? With the flooding? Do you need anything?
Tanya, we have to tear up the concrete floor to re-run the water line to the kitchen...so we're in a huge mess!!! That means new tile in the kitchen/dining, new pergo in the front room, paint, countertops, etc... Not a project I'd planned on this summer!!!

Ok-so I was flipping thru my Papercrafts magazine and they have an article on how you can make handmade greeting cards for deployed service members to write home on. I thought, "Wow, what a cool idea." I was thinking maybe if anyone else in the group is interested we could just make 1 or 2 more cards extra each time and send them in. What do you think? We can discuss it tonight at the swap. the website about it is http://operationwritehome.org if anyone wants to take a look.
